French course in France: Course Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Once a deposit has been paid, it is possible to defer enrolment in a French course for up to one year.

b. If you cancel the course:

• Less than 6 weeks before the French course starts: the deposit and any fees paid will not be refunded. If the student wishes to delay the French course, he/ she must inform the school and the registration remains valid for a year.
• 6 or more weeks before the French course starts: Langue Onze Toulouse will retain 50% of the deposit and a 40 € registration fee , and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded.

Visa applicants : your deposit and any fees paid will not be refunded without written proof (by fax or post) of the decision of the French embassy or consulate to deny your visa.

c. No refund will be given to the participants who start late or leave prior to the end of the session.

d. All sums paid are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation of the French course by the school.

e. Langue Onze Toulouse reserves the right to cancel any scheduled French group course, or to convert it into an individual or mini-group (2-4 persons) course of equivalent value, if the number of students enrolled in the course is less than the required minimum (5). In case of cancellation by Langue Onze Toulouse, the fees for the unused portion of the course will be refunded.
